This was the first mobile CRM with an integrated reservation management app to market. To do this correctly we sat with stakeholders, venue managers, hosts and users to get specifics on what their expectation were of the application and of how to delivery it to them in a intuitive way. We set our meetings and brainstorming sessions to include a mixture of all 4 type of users so that all the information we gathered wasn’t one sided. After we gathered what we needed, we did our competitive research and feasibility studies. From there we incorporated all our finding into our architectural diagrams and user roadmaps.
